We are located in the gently rolling hills of southeastern Pennsylvania, about 1 hour southwest of Philadelphia, in bucolic but growing West Grove.  We check our eMail at least once a day, or you can leave a message on our answering machine.  In addition, Casey wears a cell phone just about 24 hours a day for emergencies.

We're happy to answer questions, give free advice, or just learn about the challenges you've faced and how you've dealt with them.  We've found that the best way to learn about Lean (or anything else, for that matter) is to try to teach it.  Don't be afraid that you stink at Lean, since everybody else does too!   The cliche about continuous improvement being a never-ending journey is absolutely correct:  No matter how much work you do, you will always stink.  After you bust your keester making improvements, you will simply "stink less" <grin>.
